So the UN isn't popular. Where did it go wrong?

None. Why? Because the UN is nothing more than a debate team. They get nothing done and they don't punish violators. It's like the policeman who tells you to stop speeding but doesn't write you a ticket when you do.

Quite obviously none do. We all live in a capitalist system which means we all have no choice but to look out for number one.
If you wish the united nations to be respected and actually have some real leverage in world affairs, then you have to get rid of this system and adopt a new system where-by we are not just in it to make money.
