I hear guys say many things but i never know what to believe they are so unpredictable but thats what they say about women.

here's the thing, most times guys cannot tell the difference between a woman wearing mascara and another not wearing any. The same goes for any kind of make up that is used subtly and well blended. The idea is to wear colors that are found in human beings and especially in you own face. The most clownish looking things are usually:
Too much foundation _ remember foundation is for evening out your skin tone NOT coverage. (camouflage or concealer does the trick).
Too Much or Too pink blush- also remember that blush should imitate the natural color in your cheeks (I.e. when you are hot or flushed).
Too much eyeshadow_ Unless you really know how to blend, avoid colors like blue, green, purple and red because they are too unnatural and can mess up your whole face palette. Instead opt for colors like brown, taupe or soft pink.
Lastly remember that makeup should enhance NOT cover or repair, so pick your best facial features and enhance them beautifully.

Yes, when they just glob it on. Some do it very thick. Makeup is an art and colors need to blend and enhance each other. I tell girls/women get a Cosmo or Bazaar Magazine and look at those women. Many times Cosmo have articles on using makeup, wait and buy one of them and learn. I not mean to hurt anyone's feelings, but, it like someone having a Booger hang out their nose and not care enough to say anything, just let them walk around for everyone to see and not say.

Actually I prefer women without makeup or ones that use just enough to accent their natural features so that you don't even know that she is wearing any.
The girls that put the black all around their eyes like Egyptians it looks rather disturbing.

Sorry...I'm a girl and I'm answering this....
I think that the way some females wear make up is horrible!!! Haha...It looks like they dumped 100 pounds of concealer on and everything else....
Guys always prefer the "natural" look......Take it from me.....I never wear make up.....okay if i do its only eye liner and lipgloss....nothing major.....and all my ex bfs and guy friends told me that they prefer that, rather than when a girl wears tons of make up....

When I see a woman wearing makeup it tells me a lot about her. For example, it shows that she is deceptive- she wants to "trick" you into thinking she's something that she's not. I would not date a woman that wore makeup every day. For special occasions it's fine.

most guys don't even recognize if the girl is wearing make-up or not and that is how it should be !! If a guy recognizes the make up on a girl, then I think she has too much.

THE WAY SOME WOEN DO THEIR MAKEUP IT DOES LOOK LIKE A CLOWN. THAT DOESN'T MEAN ALL WOMEN DO THEIR MAKEUP LIKE THAT. MEN ARE KINDA SLOWER THAN WOMEN
