Being a man myself, I have a suggestion, that is more intelligent than the awnsers thus far, if you go for the "jewels as most of these woman suggest, you MIGHT very well be getting into even MORE danger, personnaly when someone hits me in the jewels, it just makes me angrier and then it's just a matter of time before I do indeed kill you, So what I suggest is a good swift kick to the side of the knee, making him lose his balance, and then immediately kick him in the front of the kne either seriously damaging his ability to stand or breaking it entirely, Then punch or kick him in the throat If he can't breathe he can't fight, then do whatever necesary to make him cimply, my thoughts are put your knee in his back while pressing on the back of his neck with your forearm> OR just beat him with a bat> mace him in the eyes whatever gets you off>

Start off by kicking him in the nuts, that will make him cry and fall over. Then you continue by punching the **** out of him etc.

Go for the family jewels. If he sees it coming, he will block, so then you can stomp on his foot, Hopefully you have heels on. Then go for the eyes. You can also slap your hands over his eardrums and palm him in the nose with upper thrusting motion.

you would have to kick him as hard as you can in the nuts so he won't get back up again, for a while at that, after you get him down beat the living crap out of him...

Thumb him in his eyes and then pull his lower lip and when you are done with that kick him in his teapot. Then thumb his eyes some more causing him to fall on the floor and then do some more sh*t to him.
