Oh definitely because he wants to. Bugs the crap out of me when I go to get something out of my lingerie drawer only to spy him in front of the mirror already trying it on. At least I know what to put in his stocking this year.

Because he needs to would be worse because that means that he is over weight and unhealthy. It is a fetish for men to WANT to wear womens clothes...fetishes are alright and can be kept secret. But unhealthiness is never a good thing.
