I saw that on the news last night in Edmonton. I think that's freaking funny! It probably puts the cops in a better mood while they're sitting out in the freezing weather trying to catch retards, and hopefully it'll stop people from getting so pissed off when they get caught for doing something wrong.
I never understood why people get so mad when they get caught doing something wrong. I mean, are they mad because they were stupid and did it? Or are they just mad because they got caught? Whatever.
Don't Speed! Then you won't get caught. What a strange idea.....
