i have really messed up periods, from the time i was 12 they come an go an i have not had one in 5 months took a preggy test and im not preggy i have tryed EVERY birthcontorl pill and ring and patch it does not help..is there any way i can become pregant.. please could someone help me.. i know this might be dumb but i would really like to know if there is anything i can do to possibly help get me preggy thanks very much!

buy an ovulation kit, This will be able to tell you when you are ovulating and most fertile. GOOD LUCK

fist of all, find out if you are ovulating.You do not have to have a period to ovulate.Your doctor can do some test to find out ,or you can buy some ovulation test kits.If the ovulation test comes back positive, you have 24 hours to have as much sex as possible.If you do happen to have a period, ovulation usually happens 9 to 11 days after the fist day of your period.Have sex on these days.In the mean time, get yourself on a prenatal vitamin to balance your body and prevent against problems like b vitamin deficiency.B vitamin deficiency can cause birth defects and miscarriage.You can also try herbal tea like fertility blend tea ,and herbs like red clover and chaste berry witch help with ovulation.

First you need to learn why your missing your periods. Go to the Dr. for this or try what I did....Vitex. Its herbal...its meant to straighten you out and help you conceive.

Then know when your ovulating. Here is some good reading for you to learn.

When your ovulating you would want to have sex before during and after this time! Have sex every other day cause everyday will lower his sperm count!
