might be a possibility of pubic Lise, the best treatment is, it may sound wrong, but DO NOT shave your pubic hair, if u have it doesn't matter, but they can bury egs under your skin! but go to a pharmacist and buy a lotions for head Lise and put it all over you areas with hair, example: pubic hair, leg hair, armpit hair but not on you face and repeat for about 2-3 days because by the time the Lise have hatched there new eggs in 24 hour there goners!!

If you masturbate a lot, you can irritate the urethra inside your penis, along the underside & running down the length of your penis. This irritation may cause it to feel itchy, & you'll have the urge to scratch it.
You may want to cut back on how frequently you masturbate...to give your urethra some time to recover & heal.

if you have shaved your haven then it is the hairs comming through and irritating the skin
if you are sexually active it may b an sti or std
go to your docs they are used to patients like this so dont be worried
