Okay how do I fix a MFT that is at 92 percent so it won't fragment?

I got a C rating on my defrag. It says to use frag shield but i'm kinda scared. I'm not sure what parameters to set it to and read it can't be reversed unless you reformat. Damn wish i was a comp geek right about now.

"Frag Shield", eh? So I assume your using Diskeeper. Go into the configuration of Diskeeper and select Frag Shield / MFT, don't know the actual name of the option off the top of my head and just use the recommended settings to improve the performance. You will not have to reformat. I've used Frag Shield dozens of times and nothing bad came of it.
