How do you change XP desktop icon text color?

I have windows XP and I was looking to change the icon text color on my desktop icons but I couldn't figure out how! I went to Properties and Appearance but couldn't find it. I've changed the color a million time before using windows 98 with my other computer, is XP different? Thanks ^.^

Appearance>Window and button dropdown:
Choose window classic style
Click Advanced!!

You can't change the colour.
