There is a link btw ADD and learning disability. I'd imagine that a person might also have a speech impairment and learning disability from seizure disorders and ADD because those are neurological conditions. For any individual there can be many other factors though from severity, type of education, other health problems, etc.
It's not a bad idea to check out ASHA. There are also many websites for ADD and ADHD.

these changes occur so fast and they are equevalent to emotional & health problems, both have to be addressed to understand how small tace elements in our bodies have so much influence and that fear will kill a person just as easy as a bullet, so be wise i how to shut down the triggering mechenisms and if they can't be eliminated from the childs life try to find those who can act on these needs, some people are great at dianosing but stand no chance of altering the controls in a childs life that are out stripes its mind, if the child is dealing with violence it is almost hopeless with out elements like tryptophan=medical book in front me says that i gram can be thirty times as effective as a sleeping pill, want to put the hyper child down for the night give them 2 bananas it full of it and the sleep=inducing amino acid
