I have watched & would recommend;

1.) Children Of Men - With Clive Owen, a bit serious but very thought provoking.

2.) Billy Madison - An older Adam Sandler offering, I've only recently watched it for the first time & I'm a huge Adam Sandler fan & really enjoy the loud & sometimes crude comedy.

3.) X-Men 3 - You've just got to have your blockbuster in there & I love all the action & I thought the story line was much better 3rd time round, plus it helps that I get a fix of Hugh Jackman!

I also watched Pirates of the Carribean, The Devil Wears Prada, The Departed & The Da Vinci Code which were all pretty good but was a bit disappointed with The Da Vinci Code, could have been truer to the book & not sure Tom Hanks was cast quite right in it.

The Departed. That is the one and only I would definitely recommend to you.
There were many films I saw this year but most were disappointing or some were really good but would not make it in the top three list. I'm looking forward to seeing Spiderman 3 next year.

I'd have to say:

1. Little Miss Sunshine (unexpectedly funny indie film)
2. The Departed (better than Donny Brasco close to Goodfellas)
3. tie- Saving Face/Green Street Hooligans (If you like lesbians and enjoy romantic comedy you wont be let down on Saving Face, Green Street Hooligans is also a surprisingly great knuckle-up/fistacuffs film w/ a above par storyline)

All are very great movies.

Borat - it's simply hilarious and it was a great atmosphere seeing it in the cinema.
The Departed - great director and cast who all put on fab performances, interesting till the very last moment.
Happy Feet - I've just been to see it and I absolutely loved it, so much i danced part of the way home lol it also has a moral message so what more can you ask for!
