One of the great things to have is a QUICK ELECTRIC under-counter heater. They are extremly small and do not store hot water. They heat it "on demand" thus they are quite efficient. I would check at a local plumbing supply store. I saw one used several years ago and it was fantastic! Have a great holiday!

after checking the obvious, like hot water switched on, you might have to have your thermostat recalibrated (i.e. the bit actually on the shower where you choose the temperatre). My shower was like this and I could only get tepid shower however far round the thermostat was moved then plumber recalibrated it (he said) and it has been good since.
