I've had some trouble going to sleep and staying asleep and waking up and staying awake. Sometimes my dad has to drag me out of my bed just to get me up.

Also please don't say anything like "take this medicine" or "go to sleep earlier"

I'm 13 years old if that helps

Hey I'd love to be 13 again..but to get to your question...here are some suggestions that might help. Take a warm shower before going to bed it really relaxes you and use some nice smelling lotion after wards. If you like hot chocolate have a cup before bedtime...
Work on a crossword puzzle usually that really knocks me out...
now for some don'ts....don't drink tea, coffee or other caffeine drinks it will really keep your mind racing...don't watch tv before you go to bed because if you watch something frightening it will keep you all tensed up.....no more don'ts...take time to read a few lines from a good book that you enjoy....it's amazing how your eyes get heavy and you just go sound to sleep...zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz sweet dreams.....mama jazzy geri

Well the quantity a million factor is, possibly you don't seem to be worn out. If you awoke at 1pm the day gone by, you're in general most effective because of get worn out round now or in an hour or so. Once you get a good sound asleep sample in situation, you are going to acctually be worn out while you move to mattress and will go to sleep a long way less difficult. I had been doing this considering I used to be 6 years historical and I'm sixteen now so it is labored ninety nine% of the time for the beyond 10 years. I lay down in mattress and get relaxed, after which I think anything that I rather wish. It would be an item or a man or woman, some thing it's you rather wish it. After doing this for approximately five mins I go to sleep immediately. If you get up a couple of hours later do exactly the equal factor.

Get enough sleep, do something to ease your mind so that you don't wake up in the middle of the night. Drink plenty of WATER!! Seriously, your kidney's work when your in your downtime..... and if there isn't a sufficient amount of fluids it may wake you up. Seriously...no lie.... research it!!

Proper nutrition and proper exercise will do the trick as well. Also set a "set time" when you are going to bed each night and waking up each morning. And do it CONSISTENTLY.

wrong section-- newborn & baby.

What's causing you to wake up??

1) eliminate the noise
2) don't drink too much before going to bed
3) have a set bedtime
