I kinda don't get what you are writing but I think the lyrics you are trying to say is:
Paalam na aking mahal
Kay hirap sabihing
Paalam na aking mahal
Masikit isipin
na kahit nagmamahalan pa
Puso't isipa'y magkaiba
Maaring di lang laan
sa isa't isa
