hey all. Last night I saw my sister(16) sneak outside and so I locked the door to teach her not to sneak out. it wasnt cold or nothing. I t was 70 outside. But now after that I feel bad that I locked her out. She has done it to me but only in the daytime for a joke. it wasnt paybak or nothing but i just feel bad. Should I feel bad or should i just move on?

Do you know what happens to 16 year old little girls that out that late...more importantly does she. I wouldn't have locked her out i would have woke up my parents and had them sitting on the couch when she walked back in.

Depends on if she got in a lot of trouble for sneaking out, or if she was robbed, raped, and murdered because she had no place to go. If your sister is fine and maybe in a little trouble there is no reason to feel bad. However it is risky, so I wouldnt recommend this kind of lesson in the future.

Oh! Definitely feel bad...and then MOVE ON... sister's do things...for one reason or another.... a prank, to teach a lesson whatever. You're a meany...but... in 10 years you'll both look back and laugh at this... Give sissy a great big hug and a punch in the arm!

It wasn't freezing out, so really no harm done physically. If you do feel bad, tell her you're sorry and tell her why you did it. Yea she'll be angry, but rather have her angry than you feeling bad, b/c thats worse for your body.
