I've been at Prime, with seats on the windows on the lake. It's really cool. Olives is not that good, and way overpriced. I hear the best view is across the street at Paris at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant, but I have not been there.

Mon Ami Gabi at Paris has the best view of Bellagio's fountains. If you eat on the patio, you are right across the street. They have a fabulous variety of food as well. My personal favorite is the salmon. The whole experience is just amazing!!!

We ate at Olives and were very disappointed with the food and service. I think one of the best views is from across the street at Paris. Mon Ami Gabi, French bistro type food, has a wonderful view from the terrace. A window seat on that side of the Eiffel Tower restaurant, upscale French cuisine, is also a good choice.
