I have a wife and five daughters...the stories I could share. I would as the other person who answered try the health category. You may also want to talk to your gynecologist about PMS.

Because you body is getting ready and hormones changes allots things hap pends with your body so is hard and yes we do get bad times...Besides pain, temper change, appetite is all normal...Ask you Dr. for some help to minimize that change

It's called PMS. It's normal. How can you be your normal self when your hormones are going all over the place, your bloated and uncomfortable in your own body?

Its basically your hormones and by they way just because your not bleeding it doesnt mean your not mentrual. It actually takes a while for it to get down there but its happening .

It is all to do with hormones and the majority of women get cranky. What you are feeling is normal.
