Dry them for a long time. That should help.

The only thing you can do is wash in hot water and dry on high heat. That's as much as they will ever shrink. Sorry.

i putthem in the dryer. they always shrink, and stay like that for like 2 or 3 months then they get all big again. i guess if you just keep doing that, itll work. Hope this helped!

Take them to a laundry mat wet and put in an industrial dryer. They are GOING to shrink!!

the only way I know is to "fry em and dry em" wash them in hot hot water and dry on high heat. This will also shorten them as well as tighten them... so be carful. You may just want to go have them altered.

If you iron them you may be able to shrink them, make sure you dont iron in a way that it streches it out though

Try hot water and then the dryer. But honestly, your chances aren't good.

If you are borrowing a pair of pants WHY???? would you want to ruin a pair of pants that you are to return, afterall isn't that what borrow means...use then return???

although risky depending on the fabric, cotton and rayon being fine, you can boil them in a pot. This might fade them also, maybe good, maybe not. good luck.
