Anyone that answers yes to this question is not being true to their self at that moment.
We all need to indulge in our own half truths to keep our self feeling good about our self.
Think about this. The first time you were told about say for example, someone said you were ugly, or fat. Your immediate response is to say that you are not any of those conditions. You do this with out acknowledging the truth.

Oh everyone makes excuses to themselves about things. They'll tell themselves they're doing something for a different reason than they actually are. You can't be true to yourself 100% of the time and if you say you are, you're lying to yourself. Some people may be more truthful to themselves than others, but, in my opinion, it's almost impossible to be true to yourself all the time.
So I'll just say that I'd like to be true to myself, but I'm not all the time. When an uncomfortable situation comes up, it's hard to not make excuses to yourself.

I like to think so, if theres something i want to do...i do it.
But sometimes you have to compramise being true to yourself.
It hasn't happened to me but i like to think that if i fell madly in love with a married man or somthing, i would comprimise being true to myself. But i'd rather not be true to myself than be a bit on the side!!
Cant think of any other examples, sorry!

Good question! Actually, I honestly do stay true to myself. Otherwise, I'd literally be a nobody!

No one is more true to me then me! No one would say the things to me that I say to myself. So I think I am very truthful to myself.
