I have a 2000 jeep cherokee and when the weather got cold it started to leak fluid I found a hose with a hole in it, but while i was checking Jeep I found a thick Dirt in Radiator. What is this? Friends say it Could be Ginger to repair hole I haven't had this car long 2Months what else could it be.

Replace the hose...all of the hoses. Have your entire cooling system flushed and refilled...then pray!

You may have to also replace your thermostat and your water pump, but wait to see what happens.

A very common problem, is mixing antifreeze. If your vehicle recommends the green antifreeze, and somebody added the red antifreeze, called Dex cool, It will make the antifreeze look like real thick chocolate milk, only not as appetizing. The best way to take care of this, is to flush the cooling system, real good, then put the correct fluid in. Try not to run it too long this way.

maybe someone put sealer in it at 1 time.
