My guess is from the question, you may be Tom. States very widely on sentencing in all areas. My guess is for a1st offense
with no other record, probation is likely. If you do this or other things and have been caught, maybe something more severe.
The Arknsas code is somewhat vague on voyeurism (peeping) but it is at the least a class A misdemeanor and at most a class D felony. The latter seems to apply if victim was under 17 and/or the peeper has some authority over them.
Also if you are a juvenile, it should not be as serious.
