I love CHRISTmas and celebrate it but it gets me down that people r all concertain about what they r getting or giving and not the real reason for the season. It has goten way to commerical with all the CHRISTmas advertising.

don't let nobody steal your joy ,life is to short , you make sure you keep the true meaning alive , this year I have no money but I am happy and will make the best of it ,we spend to much time complaining ,we don't even know if we will live to see Christmas day,we need to celebrate each day, its about new birth if we can remember that and lots of people are so busy the y don't take the time to write the word CHRISTMAS, DON't Xmas take time not short cuts, its CHRISTMAS not xmas

It's like I keep telling people it is better to give than to receive. A lot of people get greedy around this time of year and they should get nothing but coal in my opinion. You shouldn't expect a gift from someone. If it happens then you should be very appreciative.

Well it could be two things that gets you down.

One just like you say what they are getting and giving to people but it could also be lack of sunlight that you are used to.

Our body's need sunlight to produce vitamin D and when we aren't getting enough sometimes that makes such depressed and the such due to the winter months. I would talk to your doctor about this and see what he says.

That is funny, I never get the XMAS blues. It takes the ATMOS out of the XMAS.
