Yeah, of course. Unless one scholarship states you can't, I don't see why not. In fact that's how I am paying for school right now.

Yes in most cases.

Some times there may a clause that will not allow another scholarship.

Yes, you can apply for and recieve as many scholarships as you want, it's fine.
