What would be a good price for a used mobile home?

I have a 2003 Fleetwood double wide (1300 sq ft, 3 bdrm, 2 bath, good condition) in New Hampshire. I would need the buyer to relocate the home. Any idea where I can get an idea of what to sell it for?

Ask Fleetwood, they probably have figures on hand for appreciation and depreciation of their homes for a good starting place...but, ultimately what it is worth is how much you can sell it for which is going to depend on how much exposure you can get the home, your particular market, and condition of your home.
