it a SPAM. how could you win something that you never participated in the first place? then again, if u feel like playing along, just humor these so called people who claim you have won the lottery by replying their email. however, NEVER EVER reveal any personal information as that is an extremely counter productive measure and you yourself could become a victim of the scam. just play along as long as you don't incur any additional costs.

Did you play the lottery?
A lady in this section fell for that same scam. She sent them a check to receive her winnings. When she deposited the check, she later found out that it was fake. Her bank is coming after her for the money.
I can't believe that people fall for that.

I get these ALL the time. They will want your banking information, etc. It is a fake!! DO NOT give out your personal info with these emails.

First, it would be hard to win if you didn't pay. Second, if you did buy a ticket, how do they know who you are. You don't buy tickets with your name. Only cash. Think about it. You don't have to pay to collect your winnings, if you are lucky enough to win. I think that about covers it. Can you spell scam!!
