This is probably your power supply. Most power-up issues are. Either your supply has gone bad (and if you turn your computer off every day, that's not uncommon), or you have too many peripherals plugged in for your power supply's rating.

Replacing a power supply is fairly easy for someone familiar with the inside of a computer. Be sure to get a 450 or 500W new one, don't cheap out with a 300W, or this will probably happen again.

This can be caused by a lot of things. First of all what were you doing before this happend? I have had this problem before. I had cracked my motherboard so all i did was replace the board. You should only do that if you know what you are doing.

make sure you have all the latest windows updates for your operating system.
