I have a general email address but I'd like to get the opportunity to email an officer of the company...I am pissed and customer service is not helping me at all...I guess I need to go upward!

you probably will not get an e-mail address
best response will be a letter to a NAME at
bentonville arkansas
spend the postage - a hard copy is much better than an electronic letter that cost you nothing other than your time
----and can be easily deleted
