1. Buy shotgun.
2. Saw off the barrel between the end of the end of the fore-grip (or feed tube, whichever is longest) and the end of the barrel. Make sure this cut is really perpendicular to the barrel- you want it nice and even.
3. File off the burrs.
4. Check your local laws to see if this is allowed.

the best way to saw off the barrel is to use a band saw. lay the saw down side ways and the cut will be nice and straight. hope this helps.

get a single or double barrelled shot gun, cut the barrel down to about 13 inches, cut the stock to 4 inches before the trigger guard, make sure you use wet & dry paper to smooth the end of the barrel and sand down the stock so its not rough on the palm of your hand.
