go light on the lips eg: glossy nude or light pink
use a black eyeliner to line then inside of your eyes
then sharpen the eyeliner pencil and do a really thin line on the lid as clost to the lash line as possible
go over it
then curl the lashes
use a curl boost mascra just on the end of your lashes
and curl your hair

Makeup experts advise for people to use eyelash curlers before applying mascara. Also if you use eyeliner, to only line the outer corners of your eyes, not the ineer corners. Using white eyeliner on the bottomes of your eyes will also make your eyes look wider but make sure you blens it with you other eye liner or you'll look like a ghost!

Rim the inner bottom lid with white eyeliner. This will make your eyes appear bigger. Also, use an eyelash curler.

get some orange,blue, green,red,yellow,brown,purple and black paint and just paint around the eyes and make your self look like a clown that way your eyes will look bigger lol

Use a white eyeliner on your bottom lashes. You can get them from most beauty shops. Also, if you need to, pluck your eyebrows to open up your eyes.

TRY WHITE EYELINER ON THE TOP OF YOUR EYES OT THE BOTTOM. JUST DO NOT MAKE IT TO NOTICEABLE
