The most powerful is always hated. USA is hated all over the world, because they consume the biggest percentage of resources, even though they consist of a little percentage of the population. Just look at all those fat americans eating like crazy at kfc when millions suffer from hunger in other countries.

Historically over the last century Germany, However i would say maybe England or the USA as both goverments cause so much grief and stress around the world

Every one with brain- China.
Reasons?-
-Neglect of their own people to the point of there being so called cancer villages
-Numerous human rights abuses
-Execution rates higher than the rest of the world combined
-Questionable trade practices and massive corruption
Everyone without a brain- America
Reasons?-
-The worlds most sucessful economy
-the worlds largest and well equiped military
-the worlds largest companies
-can you see where this is going yet?
