I think so but i don't think Borat should get sued because they used everything for a comedical reason.

yes he is, i guess some of the people in the movie are not happy that they were tricked into thinking he was for real and now they are suing borat. but the thing i don't get is don't they have to sign a release saying that's its OK to put them in the movie? IMO I think the people just got embarrassed and now they are all p.o..

No, Borat is not a real person. Sasha is getting sued. They won't win the suits though..All of the people involved did sign waivers.

i heard that villagers in one romanian village where Borat made films want to sue him because he filmed them without telling them what are the real comments in film about them.He made shots in romanian village and in film results that the location is somwhere informer soviet union.
