Getting a refund can sometimes take longer than expected. In many states there are laws that state how long refunds can take, so you should check on that. In the meantime, make sure you document the number of times you contacted them and in what way, who you spoke to, what the outcome was, etc. Let them know you are doing this, you may be taken more seriously. Your state's attorney general's office should be able to tell you more about the time limits on refunds. Then, if you do not get the money credited to your account after the time limit is up, I'd go back to the AG and file a report. Also, talk to someone at your bank. If you did not authorize the transaction in the first place, you have some protection as to how much you're liable for. If this is a transaction you authorized, but then chenged your mind, you may just have to wait for the refund. Hope that helps... let me know if you have any other questions or more details.

You need to go to your bank and fill out an unauthorized transaction form.

You may need to change your account number!
