Has anyone seen this cartoon on the computer?

Okay, I used to have it but I lost it. Um, it's a really funny cartoon about this guy who lives in a flat, out of work, likes watching spongebob. It's really funny and I can't find it anywhere. The production is something LIKE nowhere cartoons but I can't remember it exactly. If you know it please tell me!
