Due to the water leakage, I used the plastic tape to temporaily seal the leakage, when I removed the tape, the tape wasnt able to be pull out. There are disgusting plastic marks left on the car. How would I remove those marks? Please advice.

get a razor blade, a paper towel, and glass cleaner, add these to a little bit of elbow grease and it'll come right off

You didn't say where you put the tape. If it's on the paint job, I can suggest Coca Cola - but be sure to wash it off afterwards, or it'll start to eat away at the paint & rust the area.

A little lacquer thinner on a shop towel or rag, some soft rubbing and it'll take it off. It will take off all of your wax and oils on the finish as well you may want to re-wax or polish the car afterwards also.

WD40 or Zep70(spray on and let sit but not for too long) or if your feeling lucky brake cleaner but then again the cleaner takes off paint so be carful.

Stop into Advance Auto Parts, and get 3M adhesive remover located in the body repair section....
