Willie Nelson's western town of Luck Texas is a simulated Old West town built on Willie Nelson's property near Briarcliff, 30 minutes west of Austin. The move was called, "Small Town Girl", here's a link to article:

Willie? Willie who? What old western town? What movie? Willie? Willie who? I know in the movie 'Willy Wonka&TCF' there wasn't an old western town, but there was a cowboy hat! Is that what you mean?
