Instead of $500 Billion spent in Iraq would you like to have had the U.S. governement lottery drawings for 500,000 citizens to win $1,000,000. each tax free?

thats a good idea better yet it should have gone into healthcare and port security and airport security then we wouldent have to worry anymore about those terrorists attacking us in their rowboats piled up with rocks to throw at us

The US already *has* a $500 billion tax-free lottery -- trouble is, you have to be Halliburton Corp. in order to play. But you're guaranteed to win! :(
