First tell me wheter you have blocked the site or your company's firewall did block it. If that's your own PC you can configure the IP settings to unblock the site by adding the site's URL in the unblock list. If that's the company's firewall, I am sorry. It can't be elaborated in such a small place. There a a lot.........
