but i dont have a camera an dont have any girl friends willing to be nude in front of me lol, so i drew from photos out of a magazine, one magazine was an art magazine with a naked girl on the front covering herself the magazine has a big "&" symbol on the front so maybe you guys might know which one im talking about, well i was wondering if thats against copyrighting? i tried to change the girls face to look more like me but her position an lighting looks the same, someone may be able to reconize it, is drawing from photos against the law?

It is not against the law if you are drawing from other people's photos for educational purposes, that is to educate yourself, become better.
It is against the law if you try to sell your copy or publish it.
You can be on the safe side by signing your drawing copy, like this: "by me after original artist/photographer" ("me" would be your name; "after" is the key word; "original artist...". is the person who took the original photo or holds the copyright). But you still can't sell or publish it.
It is possible, though, to change enough things in your copy that a jury would not think you copied it. But that is risky business.

Drawing from photos or from other peoples' artwork is perfectly alright. Not illegal at all but also not the best way to get good. What you should do is find a life-drawing class in your area and enroll. You will get to work from live models and get some instruction at the same time.
