There is no way of knowing now; your dates are way too close. The Date of Conception is selected primarily by the date of your last menstrual period and calculated by a formula from there. The problem is that your body may not follow the formula. The baby's size at a given time can be useful to correlate the calculated date, but not when you're talking only two days apart. You will have wait for DNA after birth (you can't test until baby is 3-6 months old due to fetal hemoglobin being present in a newborn which will skew the DNA) But from a common sense point of view, it's the unprotected sex partner without a doubt. It's really unlikely that the condom leaked with the other partner; that would be very rare. But Best of Luck in any case--

The dates are way too close together to say definately that the child is the friends. I would be more likely to think that the boyfriend who you had unprotected sex with would be the father. Conception dates and delivery dates are really only an estimate given judgeing by the size of the baby.

well hun sorry to say but it could be either of them. the condom could have had a hole in it or you could have gotten pregnant by your boyfriend. Sperm can live up to 7 days in the vagina before it dies so that gave it 7 day after the fact that you could have concieved. I would put my bet on the boyfriend. One more thing that my doctor told me is that the conception date just like the due date are all estimated. They can easily be two weeks off. The only way to find out is after the baby is born and get a paternity test done. Good luck and keep your chin up!!

well, from some of the website that I googled on ovulating dates have a little different dates from each other like a day or two. But from what I have experienced before you are most likely to be fertiled on three to four days prior to your ovulated day. So there is possibility of conceiving on those days as well. And the sperms lives up to 48 hrs in your body. So whoever you have unprotected sex with is the most likely to be your baby's father.

The date of conception is not always correct... I would say your boyfriend at the time would be the father, but the only way to be sure is by paternity testing after the baby is born. Good luck, I wish you the best.

I would have to say that it is the boyfriend, being that you had unprotected sex with him and not your friend. The conception date is not 100% accurate [especially since the dates are so close.] If you can't decide, tell your concern to the doctor and he/she can recommended a solution. I hope the best for you and God bless.

No way of knowing until you have the results of a DNA after the baby is born. Pinpointing conception dates is not an exact science so don't believe what the magic circle of dates tells you.
Good luck - I hope things work out.

it takes a few days for the egg to travel & connect with the sperm, so i would say it is your boyfriend. to make sure, i would suggest having a test done once the baby is born-- it is only fair to your boyfriend/ex-- since he will be paying child support for 18 years....
dude... what a jerk-- having unprotected sex with you & then dumping you? that is so mean of him! yeah, i would probably do the same thing you did.
by the way, after this kid, i would suggest going on birth control or getting an IUD just as back-up for these sort of situations...

You're conception date is an ESTIMATED date. Also, sperm can take up to 3 days to get to the egg and fertilize it. Chances are it's the unprotected sex, but you never know.
Good Luck.

Honey, don't feel bad, i'm in the same situation but my bf has decided to be with me no matter what. Tell you doctor, have an amniocentsis done and determine DNA before you have the baby, you may be able to do it now. It will relieve so much stress. The dates are too close to tell.
