The outside is simple enough, cleaning with a good quality citrus scented furniture cleaner or lemon oil should easily wipe off the smoke molecules, and, since the outside is either painted or varnished, will clean easily. The inside of a piano in most cases is natural wood. My first attempt would be to place a saucer of white vinegar inside the piano and close it up. The vinegar should neutralize the smoke odor. If this doesn't do the job, I would rent an Ion Generator (sometimes called a smoke eater) such as motel rooms use to neutralize smoke and place the generator with the piano under plastic for a weekend with any lids and panels open. This should really help and still be affordable. You may be able to rent or borrow a generator from a local hotel/motel if you can't find a rental agency with one.
