It would depend on the size of each room and the condition of each. I would imagine the kitchen would be the hardest to clean. You would have to take into consideration how much time it takes to finish the job. Also if this is a professional job that would count for an increase in your price.

I charge by the sq footage ex 0-1500 $65, 1501-2500 $75, 2501-300 $85. For 2 baths living and kitchen I would charge $45, because that is the bulk of the cleaning. Don't be afraid to charge what you're worth housecleaing is very intestive and if it were easy they would do it themselves, but feel them out. What do you think they expect you to say, how big and dirty are the rooms, how long will you spend doing it?

Your best bet is to set an hourly rate, and figure out how much time it will take you to clean that home.

For an experienced private cleaning person, $20-30 per hour is appropriate. This assumes that you are knowledgable and efficient, and if you are only working 2-3 hours, nothing more than a 5-10 minute break the entire time.

you should think about how much you want for each room? $10? also, are you supplying the cleaning items? if you are you may want to charge more to cover the overhead costs of buying the supplies. i would say a fair price for 4 rooms is $40-50. you could also charge by the hour.

my mom used to sparkling residences, and he or she would cost $14.00/hr. if the customer complained about the cost she would purely say "in case you've been to bathe someone elses rest room, how a lot would you cost?" that continually close them up. the way i believe is you may do it by the pastime or the hour. even with you imagine is a honest commerce. you need to guage good the following even with the reality that. you need to declare this earnings on the end of the 12 months, and also you've were given to purchase coverage in case you spoil something or something comes up lacking because you're the only responsible if this problem takes position.
