No. I would be one of the people opposing you in the defense of the US Constitution.

And if you had actually _read_ the patriot act you would be aware it it is not a violation - merely a stupid question.

no i would not.

BUT I WOULD go to a law school, criminal justice school, or political science school so that we could become elected officials so we can change some things thru the right channels.
