Actions speak louder than words by far. People can lie easily but they can't control entirely what they do- they can try- but their body language and expressions will give it all away and the little things... the little telltale things... not even the big gestures because those have thought and planning.... the little things tell you all you need to know about how a person feels

Of course what people do is a lot more important than what they say. Many people will say things just to be saying them with no real intent on following up on those actions. In some cases it's to get something from you and other times it's just to make them sound good at the time.
The most important people in life are those who follow up on what they say or have every intention of following up.

I don't think I could separate them. I mean, what if what was done was done just with words?
A *friend* of mine did some pretty ugly things to me, with no more than words. The words showed me her intentions. What if the action doesn't come out as intended? The intention is what counts then. Words can be pretty damaging.
So I guess it all depends on the situation.
I had this other *friend* who would always ALWAYS tell me she was sooooooooo busy that she didn't have 5 minutes to call me. Everytime she had to call me she didn't and it was always the same excuse. I told her I didn't want to hear it anymore.
In that case actions are what count.

i would have to say what they have done physically because actions speak louder then words in all situations... to me i feel it mean more when they would take the time to think about what they were going to do then go through with it because anyone can say what they want but when you see someone doing something just jumps out to you that they are trying

Honestly, i try not to look back or what people said or what they had done. It all just makes things harder to decide or just to do. I rather just go with instincts and look forward for whats ahead.

It depends on the situation. Some words were good and with others their actions were good.

I think that you can say you love someone but it is your actions that tell that person that you love them.
