That is not a lot of information to go on. Check with your local bar association and get a recommendation. Otherwise, I suggest you go to a local legal bookstore and get some books by Nolo Press. They have some great self help books for things like wills, powers of attorney, trusts, divorces, landlord/tenant disputes, etc.

I used an email attorney to get help and legal forms for only $35/hr., very good and competent and he sent the forms developed for me over the internet attached to an email.
