If when you say this you mean like rising talent that is fairly new and becoming a big star it is definatley Mr. Kennedy on Smackdown
Edge is also a candidate for rising talent after spending as much time as he has in the WWE he finally is a main eventer
If you mean this as who is hot as in like Kelly Kelly on ECW then that doesn't matter
