IWe're an incredibly adaptable species. We can eat everything, from plants to bugs to animals, we're smart, and we can manipulate the environment to suit our needs. It'd take a lot to wipe us out completely. However, the way things are going with the global warming stuff, there won't be many of us, and those that survive won't have an easy time of it. If we can figure out how to live more lightly on the planet, we could be here for the long haul.

Well, humans probably won't make any more great evolutionary changes. There is so much exchange of genetic material across human populations that any population specific mutations are probably not going to be given the chance to be isolated long enough to propagate into new species types.
Since humans are all so extremely close to one another genetically, all it would take is one good disease to wipe us all out. As it stands, I reckon that human beings will either leave Earth, establish geographically separated populations on other planets, and evolve into new forms that way OR there'll be some kind of disease disaster that wipes us out right here on this planet.
All speculation, of course. There's no telling the future.

I don't think anyone could possibly answer this with any accuracy. Alot of people thought that the oil shortage would be our demise, but alas, Brazil and other nations are using ethanol now and would be largely unaffected by any future oil shortages. People think that global warming will kill us off, but that cannot happen (strictly imo). It would be like holding your breath; you will eventually faint, but you will soon regain conciousness as your body begins to breath again. Likewise, Humanity might extinguish alot of advanced civilization, but in the process this would reduce our pollution severely and probably allow for the planet to recover much more easily and quickly. After a while, we'd be free to develope advanced civilization again.
It's all a matter of opinion and educated guess, really. You can never really know.

As long as humans are not able to adapt to the changing environments around them.
Or until the falsely elected US presidents keep pissing the rest of the world and everyone starts blowing everyone else up.

..we can die tomorrow if bin laden blows a nuclear bomb.but that is not going to happen because he is too smart for this. That depends how we preserve our environment. and the most important thing is to find all the remedies for all diseases and viruses. it's the only way that we can live much time from now on.

Evolution continues. It is a fact of nature. Humans will evolve into more of a common race until we no longer have a place to live.
Not pretty.... but history tells us this.
