never listen to rap and that gang style attitude would only get your nose pulled in a pub here, hate the clothes and they'd be useless in the Oz heat, never eat or purchase from any chain owned by the US and encourage every one i know to do the same, Internet is a world wide resource required for work, hate your movies and avoid them like the plague....as for wanna be American - well you'll find it hard to find an Aussie that wouldn't laugh at that statement, the country is screaming out about Americanisation and want most of your stuff removed from our country, if you watched the news you would notice that Australians constantly protest American chains in our country.

I've always been wondering about this too. My conclusion is that all this hate comes from jealousy...no matter how hard they try, there will never be another US of A... I mean, yeah let's look at the incredible economic growth of China and India, but let's not forget that in these countries people still die from starving, they have no right at all and the growth is so high because in a country like China people work like 24/7, but the point is they don't even know they have the right to ask not to work so much.

i don't believe aussie blonde, i've heard from other Austrailians that Austrailia is considered the British rednecks, that they are the most American like country, they love our movies and our music but more so country music, which is American, and many Austrailians have gotten into the country music business
