Anyone know of a good piercing place in the NYC/LI area that does surface piercings?

I've wanted to get this one done for a while but my local piercing parlor does not do these types of piercings.

More specifically im looking to get a cleavage piercing. I know that they have a high rate of rejection but im willing to at least try it out and see how it goes.

Any recommendations?

Venus! I used to have quite a few piercings and this is the place I went. They have the best artists. They also have the best jewlery and modrn practices.
