What is the employee discount at best buy?

One of my good friends works there and there is no set discount....he just gets things at COST ( whatever Best Buy Paid for it) He says that there are certain items that he gets at really good prces because they are marked up pretty high...such as electronics and car audio. Movies and video games have almost no svings in them.
