Ok my girlfriend went to rockland community collage in NY. In or around 1997 she was in an after school special type film filmed at the Tappan Zee high school in Orangeburg, NY. I called the school and the women seemed like she did not want to be bothered with my question, so I recieved no info. I really don't have any other info, other than the fact that my girl friend thinks that it was about the kid being gay and this coming out. She was a small role, never recieved a copy of the movie like she was told she would. Any ideas info or suggestions would be deeply helpful.
Thank You,
Tim Chavers

Go to IMDB.com and type in her name. If she had a speaking role, the name of the movie should show up.

I could only find one movie filmed in Orangeburg, NY (by searching IMDB I got The Beniker Gang) and it was made in 1985 so that couldn't be it. I did a bunch of searches on Google using Tappan Zee in quotation marks along with "after school special", "movie" and "television", but I still had no solid leads. Sorry. I hope you find it somehow!! Have a great day!

try googling her name it may show up that way. Also try IMDB with the location information, they have a search section for locations. I didn't have any luck but you may since you know more about the areas. Also, try the local paper there, likely there would have been a story in the paper about a film being done there.

Good Luck

You may want to try the local newspapers archive section to see if the filming made the news. I would also suggest the Library as a place to look.
